November Goals.

It’s monthly goals time! I actually missed last month because it was quite a hectic one, but I thought I’d jump back on it for November. Here’s what I have planned for the month ahead:

1. CREATE A WISHLIST.

One of my highlights in November is definitely the Black Friday sale, particularly since I moved to Ottawa! There’s so much buzz and so many great offers, so I’m going to be taking an hour out to browse and create a wishlist for bits that I want to pick up as gifts and to treat myself as well. I’m on the hunt for some new bits of seasonal decor for the house, as well as a few new wardrobe staples as I’m in the process of completely revamping my capsule wardrobe.

2. PRE-SCHEDULE SOME DECEMBER POSTS.

I’m flying back to London at the end of this month and I can’t wait! However, I didn’t want my blog to have any more downtime than it has had already this year, so I have a few blog ideas ready for creation over the next few weeks which I’ll schedule to go up throughout the busy month of December. I considered Blogmas this year, but I feel like uploading daily might be a bit too much, so I’ve decided to upload every two-three days instead. There will still be plenty of content, I just want to make sure that each post isn’t at all rushed.

3. IMPROVE MY RUNNING TIME.

Over the past few weeks I’ve taken up running, which is something I never thought I’d do. I tried it once, just to see how it felt, and although I didn’t necessary enjoy the struggles of running itself (I’ve become dreadfully unfit over the past year), I loved how I felt afterwards. My lungs felt clear and I felt lighter on my feet, and that meant that my whole day seemed to improve. I’m thinking of writing up a blog post about this, but for one of my goals this month, I wanted to improve my running time. Of course, as a beginner, I’m still quite slow, and I’d really like to work on my endurance over this month!

4.PACK MY BAGS!

As I mentioned earlier, I’m travelling back to my home in London at the end of this month, so I have to spend a little time packing. I don’t want to take too much though because I’ve got lots of bits to bring back with me and I’ll need luggage space for all of those! I was thinking of writing a blog post with my long haul flight essentials, a bit like I did in the summer, but with a bit more of a lifestyle focus.
