My final gift guide installment is going to include all of my recommendations for the gals in your life – be it your mum, your best friend, wife or your daughter… I’ve got you covered in this one! There’s everything ranging from skincare, to book recommendations, to luxurious treats and novelty gifts ranging from all different price points so there’s definitely something for everyone:
Starting off with stand-out perfumes – I’ve never found someone who didn’t like the Viktor & Rolf fragrances. I’ve loved Flowerbomb for years, and it has a special place in my heart because it was one of the first ever perfumes that I invested in. I was incredibly excited to receive these two Viktor & Rolf On-The-Go Travel Sets* because they are such a great way to carry round two of the most iconic V&R scents in travel form! The bottles are seriously chic and they’re so luxurious to use – and they’re both gorgeous scents for pretty much any age. They also come beautifully presented in lovely boxes which would make them so special to open as a gift on Christmas day.
Sticking with the theme of beauty gift sets, I love the look of the KMS Hair Colour Vitality Gift Set* which contains a colour conditioning shampoo and conditioner, along with a travel size finishing hairspray to set hair in place. It comes in a recycled brown box embossed with festive white illustrations which is oh-so-cute! The Lierac Supra Radiance Skincare Set* is a set that I’ll definitely be gifting my mum this season – I’ve spoken about my love for Lierac before but if you missed that post, I’ll link it here. This set contains a gel moisturiser and a peeling mask for super radiant skin, and both products are incredibly hydrating which makes them the perfect pair to use throughout winter.
I have a couple of book recommendations, starting with The New Fashion Rules by Victoria Macgrath. Victoria is someone who I’ve followed for years and she continues to inspire me with every video and every blog post that she uploads… she’s just one of those people who is impossible not to like. She’s incredibly stylish and her passion for style really comes across in this book – and there’s something very special and unique about this read. It provides such a good insight into the world of fashion and how much it has changed over the last few years. Whether they follow Victoria or not, this book is a must-have for anyone who loves fashion.
The second book recommendation I have is She Must Be Mad by Charly Cox. This one is vastly different from the first as it’s primarily a collection of creative work reflecting experiences encountered by young women living in today’s society. I love this book because it took me on an emotional journey, I laughed a little, I cried a little, I felt a lot. It would make such a great gift for modern poetry lovers and young women alike.
Lush are amazing for festive gifts and one of my favourites this year is the Sweetest Thing set – it comes with two cult products, the classic Comforter and the Creamy Candy bubble bar, all wrapped in totally beaut mint and pink packaging. They have lots of different sets at all different prices so it’s definitely a one-stop shop for anyone that loves a good pamper.
What’s on your wishlist this season?
